Made it to the UPS store minutes before closing. The young man who helped me was holding it down alone. Not only was he helpful to me, but he was able to help everyone quickly and efficiently. I typically hate having to stop at UPS, but the way he made this experience so easy and painless, I'd definitely return. Thank you...whoever you are! (Should have gotten his name) P.S. Y'all give that man a raise.

This 5 star review is for one SPECIFIC employee at this location. I came in 2 hours before closing and only one employee was working. Tai was extremely helpful working in between customers to get everyone out in a reasonable amount of time. No employee should ever have to run a store ALONE unless theyre are management. Good job Tai!

We’ve shipped more items than I can count from this location and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

This store located in a perfect location for business. The employees know what they are doing and very fast and helpful to all the customers. They make sure to get everyone taken care of. It’s the best one stop shop for your shipping or printing needs whether you need ship something or get your package supplies they have it all and also pack your items for you as well. Definitely my favorite UPS Store.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I had rent a mailbox and their rates are competitive. For a [now fully] remote business, it's nice having a street address without having to give your home address.

This UPS store is my local store and I am in there almost every week. Everyone is always super nice and helpful but tonight Tai went above board and let me in 20 minutes after they had closed to drop off my items. I thought they were still open as the lights were on, but saw they weren't and walked away but he came out to let me in. thanks so much UPS!

The staff here are phenomenal! DJ and team are exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful every time I go in there and I am there almost every day. They take the extra effort to know you by name and help you in any way they can.

Not only is this particular store efficient and quick for easy drop-offs, but the friendliness of the staff is awesome! They really SEE their customers and interact with you like you are their priority when they wait on you. I was having a 'blah' day and I had Tai wait on me today. He was pleasant, kind and engaging. I didn't feel rushed or hurried. (Sometimes a customer needs a little extra notice and a smile and kind word from a customer service person can go a long way!) He helped me get an important pkg to my grandchildren in time for Valentine's day!

Great experience at this UPS Store! The Silver Fox that waited on me was friendly and efficient. He answered my questions and handled my package with care. The store was clean and I was in and out faster than expected.

It's Marcy M here a long time customer and mailbox holder. The staff here (old and new including Brandon, Erica, Erin, Dylan, Tai, Dakota, etc) and the owner Rob have been very personable and accommodating to me and my family members who often come to retrieve my packages. We're grateful for the helpful and personalized service and thats why Ive kept my box here well over 15 years.
